Grounds maintenance to include but not limited to: Grass cutting & trimming, weed removal, edging, pruning, irrigation, fertilizing and cleaning the site. The time frame to perform each task is laid out in the bid documents which can be downloaded from the City's website. Once awarded, this project will be in effect for 5 years.
