TOWN OF CONCORD INVITATION FOR BID BID #2266 CIVIL WAR MEMORIAL BRONZE PLAQUE CREATION, RESTORATION, & INSTALLATION The Town of Concord is soliciting Invitation for Bids (IFB) from experienced, qualified contractors with expertise to create and restore the Civil War Memorial bronze plaques located at Monument Square, Concord, Massachusetts. The Town of Concord reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive any informality, and to make the award as may be in the best interest of the Town.
