This is a Notice of Intent to award a Single Source, Firm Fixed Price contract to Northrop Grumman Systems Corporation, 4807 Stonecroft Blvd., Chantilly, Virginia 20151.  The authority for this action is FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source.  Interested persons or entities may identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement.  This Notice of Intent is not a request for competitive quotes.  A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon this Notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.  Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.  The contractor will provide annual maintenance support of CJMTK Geospatial Appliance.
