Renovate existing interior spaces to create two new restrooms. Renovate other areas affected by the construction as described in the plans. Provide and install new ADA compliant signage throughout the building. Replace existing door hardware with new ADA compliant hardware. Demolish existing garage and porch. Add new landscaping, walkways, ramps and steps at new entrances and at demolished garage. Stevens Hall/Special Ed Building: Construct a new addition containing a new front-and rear opening 5-stop elevator, new entrance vestibule, new elevator lobby, and new exterior entrance stairs. Renovate all existing restrooms. Provide and install new ADA compliant signage throughout the building. Replace existing door hardware with new ADA compliant hardware. Add new landscaping at new entrance addition as described in the drawings, including new grading and new concrete stairs, site walls, and sidewalks down to street level.
