Under the authority 10 USC 2304(c) (1), FAR 6.302-1, The Naval Surface Warfare Center Dahlgren Division (NSWCDD intends to issue a sole source contract to Clary Corporation, 150 E Huntington DR, Monrovia, CA 91016-4847 for the products described on the attached deliverables list. These products have undergone extensive government testing and will be integrated into existing deployable systems and are required to be a direct match to the Carry-On-Equipment suite and shipboard systems design requirement to provide secure, safe and reliable power distribution to shipboard equipment.  

This is a sole source notice published for informational purposes only and not a request for competitive proposals.  However, all responsible sources may submit their technical capabilities, which, if received within 7 calendar days of publication of this notice, shall be considered by NSWCDD.  All responses must be submitted to the government point of contact at the email address shown below. 

Responses must be submitted in writing to the procurement specialist, Doritha Newman at [email protected].  No later than 12:00 noon (EST) on the date noted above.  Email should reference Sources Sought N00178-16-R-2049 in the subject line.

A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
