Clemson University requires a Sole Source to provide maintenance operations and administrative services to the remote location at the Genoa, Italy facility. Clemson Advancement Foundation is the only vendor who can fulfill this contract and for these reasons, Clemson University is requesting a sole source for a total price of $210,371.00. Bidder’s right to protest as listed in Section 11-35-4210 in the South Carolina Consolidated Procurement Code applies to this announcement of a procurement.
