A Request for Proposal will be solicited for the Clipboard, Pilot's; 8465-01-578-6430. The solicitation will be issued as a 100% Small Business Set-Aside for a One, 12-month year base period and Three, one-year option periods. The base year quantities are Guaranteed Minimum 675; Annual Estimated Quantity 2,700 and Annual Order Limitation Quantity 3,375. The quantities for the option years are Guaranteed Minimum 250; Annual Estimated Quantity 1,000 and Annual Order Limitation Quantity 1,250. The delivery schedule will be 150 days for the initial order and 90 days for subsequent orders.

Award will be based on the lowest priced proposal; past performance will not be considered during evaluations.
