UNICOR, Federal Prison Industries, is soliciting proposals under Request for Proposal number CT2320-22 for a commercial item, Cloth, Duck, various styles. The cloth is for use in manufacturing stab resistant vest for sale to the Federal Bureau of Prisons, and for various products for sale to the DLA. 

Solicitation is issued as a three (3) year firm fixed price requirements type contract with one (1) base year and two (2) option years, and with an Economic Price Adjustment for PCU313210313210- broad woven fabric mills. The NAICS code is 313210 for broad woven fabric mills. The Small Business Size Standard is 1,000 employees. Solicitation is 100% Set-Aside for Small Business Only.

FABRIC MUST BE BERRY AMENDMENT COMPLIANT, DOMESTIC USA ONLY. NO FOREIGN ITEMS OR COMPONENTS ARE ACCEPTABLE. FABRIC MUST BE COMPLIANT WITH DFARS 252.225-7012, PREFERENCE FOR CERTAIN DOMESTIC COMMODITIES.

The proposals are due December 7th, 2022, 2pm CST. Use overnight delivery service such as FedEx, UPS or DHL.
