The purpose of solicitation is to award a firm fixed price contract to a Supplier who can provide technical assistance and information to the OIG IT directorate staff so OIG can assess U.S. Postal Service capability and potential return on investment to provide IaaS  to government, commercial, and retail customers.

Please review all Attachments and submit your Price and Technical proposals in accordance with the attached statement of work, along with completion of the following documents:

PS Form 8203 Block 16; and Blocks 27 (a-c)

Provision 4-3, Representations and Certifications

Due Dates:

Questions regarding this solicitation must be received no later than March 3, at 12:00pm EST (email only): [email protected].

Answers will be posted on FBO no later than March 5, 2014 at 5:00 pm EST.

Proposals must be received no later than March 17, 2014 at 12:00 pm EST.

Anticipated award:  on or before April 31, 2014.

The USPS OIG will not pay expenses related to the preparation of proposals.
