The following Addendum is being issued for the subject Request for Quotation: 334033

• CM TEMP STAND_dsg-000042384 Drawing applies to this Request for Quotation.

This Addendum modifies the Request for Quotation and must be acknowledged. Failure to acknowledge all addenda could make your proposal non-responsive.  Please confirm that the submitted proposal is not changed because of this addendum. If proposal sent is revised because of this, please submit the revised proposal.

The following changes are hereby made to answer questions presented during request for quotation and the appropriate documents contained in the above-mentioned Request for Quotation (RFQ). All other terms and conditions of the RFQ remain the same.

• The Previous drawings on FBO posting is to be disregard/removed. See new drawing attached.

Additional notes:

• Welding should be intermittent.
• No grinding required.
• Tube ends: Sawcut is fine as long as edges are broken.
• The two pieces need to be welded together.
• No testing for welds required. We would like a material cert for the steel.
• OK if not painted (temporary stands)
