Question 25:         On PCB Assembly # 7538945, we spoke with Steve Smith at Virginia Panel Corp regarding their Part # 510108112 and they will not quote ACT because we are a CM and will only sell the part to an OEM. We can quote without it and/or you can provide the part. Any advice or feedback on how to proceed regarding that part?

Question 26:         On the Power Board CCA, P/N 7538945-9 assembly, there is a Virginia Panel P/N 510108112 item to be purchased, but the Field Application Engineer for Virginia Panel Corporation states they will not sell us the part, and must be purchased by the Navy direct and supplied to us.  Is this how it has been done previously?  If not, can you supply us with a letter of authorization to quote this item to complete our proposal for you?
