This is a Request for Information (RFI) in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 15.201(c) (7) for the purpose of determining if there are any qualified U.S. Small Business concerns capable and interested in a possible future solicitation of a $500,000 - $1,000,000 project to construct three buildings for the Colombian National Police (CNP) Facilities in Finca Paraguay, Caucasia (Antioquia) Colombia to support the INL Manual Eradication program. The project will include construction of three buildings with lengths of 18.45 m, a width of 14.05 m, and total height of 3.00 m above finished floors. The structural systems will include reinforced masonry walls, lightweight roof systems that will be supported by purlins and supported over concrete beams. The foundation of the buildings will consist of concrete cyclopean and footings. These facilities will have electrical, hydraulic and sewage utilities and internal installations, doors, door hardware, air conditioning, sanitary fittings, underground water tanks, generator and finishes. Construction of these buildings will include the use of quality materials that are capable of withstanding a tropical rainy climate and will comply with the current standards of the Colombian Seismic Resistance Code (NSR Standard, 10).
