All materials, labor, tools, and transportation needed to furnish the following:

Purchase of Coagulation Analyzer Reagents, cost per test (CPT) program to enable laboratory testing with the ACL 1000 Coagulation Analyzer at the 355th Medical Group Laboratory, Davis-Monthan Air Force Base. Purchase consists of one entire shipment of all reagents, controls, and calibrators necessary to operate the ACL 1000 Coagulation Analyzer. CLIN 0001: Coagulation Analyzer Reagents, all supplies FFP, includes service, maintenance, and calibration. Period of Performance: 1 October 2009 through 30 September 2010.

This requirement is conducted under FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy the Requirement. This is a notice of intent to award a sole source procurement action and is not a request for competitive proposals. Firms who want to challenge the sole source must submit an interest letter that demonstrates your firm's ability to provide an equivalent supply as described above. Interested parties must provide rationale as to why they should be considered.
