SOURCES SOUGHT TECHNICAL DESCRIPTION FOR COAGULATION REAGENTS

INTRODUCTION

The Regional Health Contracting Office- Pacific (JBLM-HCB) is issuing this sources sought synopsis as a means of conducting market research to identify potential sources having an interest and industry technologies available to support/provide  Coagulation Reagents (including instruments, equipment, maintenance, training, tools, materials, and support at no extra cost to the Government) to support the Department of Pathology at Madigan Army Medical Center (MAMC), Joint Base Lewis-McChord, WA 98431. See attachments: Statement of Work for Coagulation Reagents and Salient Characteristics Coagulation Reagents.

THIS IS A REQUEST FOR INFORMATION (RFI) ONLY.  This RFI is issued solely for information and planning purposes – it does not constitute a Request for Quote (RFQ) or signify an RFQ will ultimately be issued.  This request for information does not commit the Government to a contract for any supply or service whatsoever.  Further, Joint Base Lewis McChord-Health Contracting Branch (JBLM-HCB) is not at this time seeking quotes.  Respondees are advised that the U.S. Government will not pay for any information or administrative costs incurred in response to this RFI; all costs associated with responding to this RFI will be solely at the interested party’s expense.  Not responding to this RFI does not preclude participation in any future RFQ, if any is issued. It is the responsibility of the potential offerors to monitor this site for additional information pertaining to this requirement.

   ELIGIBILITY
    
   The applicable NAICS code for this requirement is 325413 (In-Vitro Diagnostic Substance Manufacturing) with a Small Business Size Standard of 1,250 Employees. The Product Service Code (PSC) is 6640 (Laboratory Equipment and Supplies).
    
   SUBMISSION DETAILS
    
   Interested businesses should submit a brief capabilities statement package (no more than ten 8.5 X 11 inch pages, font no smaller than 10 point) demonstrating ability to provide the products/systems listed in this Technical Description. Documentation should be in bullet format. No phone or email solicitations with regards to the status of the RFP will be accepted prior to its release.
    
   Your response to this Sources Sought, including any capabilities statement, shall be electronically submitted to the Contract Specialist, Alfonso Nolasco, in either Microsoft Word or Portable Document Format (PDF), via email [email protected]  no later than 12:00 p.m. (Pacific) on Wed, 14 July, 2021 and reference this synopsis number in subject line of e-mail and on all enclosed documents. Information and materials submitted in response to this request WILL NOT be returned. DO NOT SUBMIT CLASSIFIED MATERIAL.
