The solicitation will be issued as a Total Small Business Set-Aside that will result in a firm fixed price contract. All materials used in the fabrication of the end item are to be furnished by the contractor with exception of the basic fabric (Poly/Wool, Gabardine, Marine Corps, Type III, Class 12, Shade #2212), which will be provided as GFM. This cloth's NSN is 8305-01-247-6550. The storage facility for the cloth is in a Peckham Industries depot in Lansing, MI. The Government does not intend to use FAR part 12 for this acquisition.
