CITY OF BEAVERTON CODIFICATION AND HOSTING OF BEAVERTON CODES AND REGULATIONS Proposal Due 2:00 pm, February 26, 2020 REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL SOLICITATION #3623-20B The City of Beaverton is seeking sealed proposals from qualified consultants to provide software, online hosting, or an alter native solution and professional services to host one or more Beaverton regulatory docu ments (such as the Beaverton City Code and Develop ment Code) and transition the Beaverton Devel opment Code and potentially other city regulations to codified online codes and regulations with user-friendly features. The sealed proposals must also provide a means of hosting the City's codes and regu lations on a website on an ongoing basis for a specified term. Vendors are invited to submit a proposal outlining their software or digital code solution, experience and qualifi cations in performing work directly related to the services required. Sealed proposals will be received until 2:00 p.m. on February 26, 2020, at The Beaverton Building, Finance Utility Billing Counter on the second floor at 12725 SW Millikan Way, Beaverton, Oregon 97005, Attention: Terry L. Muralt, CPPB, Purchasing Agent. There will be no formal opening. Facsimile proposals will not be accepted. Proposals will not be accepted after the stated opening date and time. Late proposals will be returned to the vendor unopened. Proposers are required to certify non-discrimination in employment practices in accordance with ORS 279A.110(4), and identify resident status as defined in ORS 279A.120(1). Pre-qualification of Proposer is not required. All Proposers are required to comply with the provisions of Oregon Revised Statutes and Beaverton's Contract Review Board Policy. The City of Beaverton reserves the right to: (1) reject any or all proposals not in compliance with public bidding proce dures, 2) postpone award of the contract for a period not to exceed ninety (90) days from date of proposal opening with consent of the proposers, (3) waive infor malities in the proposals, and (4) select the proposal which appears to be in the best interest of the City.
