The Town of Lincoln Parks and Recreation Department is soliciting bids for the replacement of approximately 380 linear feet of pool tile at the Codman Pool located on Ballfield Road, Lincoln, MA. Prevailing Wage Rates apply and are included in the bid specifications. If the proposal is $50,000 or more, a 5% bid deposit due with bid. If the proposal is $25,000 or more, a 50% payment bond is required with the signed contract. Bid Specs available at www.LincolnRec.com or can be mailed upon request. Bid responses are due by Thursday, February 3, 2022 at 4:00 pm. Responses can be mailed to the Lincoln Parks and Recreation Department c/o Lincoln Town Offices, 16 Lincoln Road, Lincoln, MA 01773. Bids can also be hand delivered to the Lincoln Town Hall via the Select Board’s Office. On Thursday, February 3, 2022 at 4:00pm, bids received through the mail or delivered to Town Hall will be publicly opened and read at the Select Board’s Office.
