Subject to conditions prescribed by the University of California, Los Angeles, sealed bids for a lump sum contract are invited for the following work: Contractor shall harvest and reuse 100% of the storm water from the Facilities Building Roof, into the Cogen cooling towers, to satisfy the 85th percentile, 1-day rain event and to meet the State of California’s Industrial General permit (IGP) requirements. Contractor shall provide all new piping, storage tanks, pumps and other required infrastructure as specified in the Contract Documents. Contractor shall develop and submit Shop Drawings of the Stormwater Capture and Reuse system for deferred approval and permit by the Campus Building Official.
