This project consists of excavating and amending soil then installing four (4) trees, provided by the City of Everett, in the southern half-block of the 1700 block of Colby Avenue Street Median. The landscape plan L1.0 and details D1.0 dated 1/26/22 can be found in Exhibit A. The work must be physically completed in all respects and ready for final acceptance within forty-five calendar (45) days of the date of issuance of the Notice to Proceed. The engineer’s estimate is $46,000.
