Marine Corps Systems Command (MARCORSYSCOM), Program Manager, Infantry Combat Equipment (PM ICE), is conducting a field user evaluation (FUE) of Intense Cold Weather Boots (ICWB) that have improved performance in cold weather environments.

MARCORSYSCOM intends to award two sole source purchase orders, for a combined total of 2,000 pairs of the ICWB, with 1,000 pairs provided by Belleville Boot Company and 1,000 pairs provided by Danner Boot Company, in accordance with the attached Notice of Intent to Award a Sole Source.
