Request for Proposal – COLONNADE CIVIC CENTER AUDIO & VISUAL Catoosa County Board of Commissioners are soliciting proposals to provide and install a new Audio-Visual System in the Colonnade Civic Center as described further in the Request for Proposal Documentation Package available on the County website at: www.catoosa.com/rfps. Pre-Proposal Meeting on Tuesday, September 14, 2021 at 10:00 AM. at the Colonnade Center Address is Benton Place Campus 264 Catoosa Circle Ringgold, GA 30736. Although Pre-Bid is not mandatory, vendors are encouraged to attend. Sealed Proposals must be delivered in person, by mail or overnight delivery service to the office of the Catoosa County Board of Commissioners on or before 2:00 p.m. EST, Thursday, Sept 30, 2021. Proposals received after this time and date will not be considered. The envelope should be clearly marked with the vendor’s name and address and shall state “SEALED PROPOSAL – Colonnade Civic Center Audio & Visual to prevent accidental opening. Each Vendor must submit one (1) original, plus two (2) copies (Total 3) of its proposal to: Catoosa County Board of Commissioners Projects Administration Department 800 LaFayette Street Ringgold, GA 30736 All written questions or concerns regarding the RFP must be made via email only.
