The Wisconsin Department of Transportation, Division of State Patrol (DSP) currently issues Colt AR 15 A3, Colt M4 carbine LE6920, Colt M4 monolithic carbine LE6943, and Ruger Precision 18004s to its officers. This contract will provide pricing to purchase replacement for additional Colt M4 carbine, Colt M4 monolithic carbine and Ruger Precision 18004 with a trade-in program for old weapon disposal along with pricing for replacement parts for each weapon.
