The State of Wisconsin (State), as represented by its Department of Administration (DOA), State Bureau of Procurement (SBOP), requests bids for the purchase of standard configuration personal computer hardware, accessories, and related value-add Services. Personal computer hardware shall include, but is not limited to the following: desktops; workstations; and portable hardware such as laptop, ultrabook, netbook, notebook, tablet, chrome book, thick or thin client terminals; and accessories.
