From April 2021 through October 2021, the AvMC Contracting Integrated Product Team (IPT) analyzed the current state of AvMC contracts and determined potential paths forward to be more efficient and intentional with contracting decisions. This paper documents the findings and recommendations of the IPT. This paper is just an assessment and not a final plan. AvMC and ACC is releasing it in an effort to be transparent and communicate with industry.
