Naval Special Warfare Command (NSWC) has a requirement for the establishment of a five year Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity type contract issuing Firm Fixed priced Task Orders for contractor led Courses of Instruction (COIs) that familiarizes students with the design, function, repair, calibrating, emergency procedures, and trouble shooting of the Combatant Craft Assault (CCA) electrical and propulsion systems onboard NSWC CCA craft. These COIs will be targeted at the operator and technical/maintainer level.
This sole source acquisition is being conducted under the authority of the simplified acquisition procedures for certain commercial items at 41 U.S.C. 1901, as implemented by FAR 13.501(a). The Justification and Approval will be posted under this synopsis. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this effort is 611519, and the small business size standard is $15,000,000. The Government intends to award this contract to United States Marine, Inc. (CAGE 0NNZ7).
This synopsis shall not be construed as a RFP or an obligation on the part of the Government.
