The Naval Special Warfare (NSWC) Command, Contracting Department, San Diego, CA. 92155 intends to award a 100% Small Business Set-Aside, single-award, Firm Fixed Price (FFP), Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract, with a five (5) year ordering period, for a Combative Training course of instruction (COI) in support of NSWG-3 in Pearl City, HI.
