The U.S. Naval Research Laboratory (NRL) intends to award a bridge action by modifying current task order N00173-17-F-6702, Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (C4ISR) Development with Assurance Technology Corporation (ATC) on a sole-source basis pursuant to 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c)(1), and FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services with Satisfy Agency Requirements.

The purpose of this modification is to continue to provide the space, aerospace, and terrestrial optical and radio frequency (RF) payload Systems Development, Support and Integration (SDSI) tasking required in support of the Space Systems Development Department (SSDD) technology advancements. This is to include systems requirements definition, architectures development, systems and units design, testing and failure analysis, reliability modeling, and development and transition to operational use.

The contract performance period will be extended for six (6) months for a revised period of performance of 15 May 2023 through 14 November 2023.
