This requirement is UNRESTRICTED. UNICOR, Federal Prison Industries, Inc. intends to enter into a one (1) year firm-fixed price Requirements type contract with two (2) options for the following commercial item: Twill, Polyester, White fabric for use in manufacturing Navy jumpers for wear by Navy personnel as part of the enlisted service dress white uniform. The finished products are for sale to the DLA Troop Support (Defense Logistics Agency).
