This is a solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.3, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested. The solicitation number is CT2032-10. The solicitation is issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-46. The North American Industry Classification System (NAIC) code is 313221 (narrow fabric mills) and small business size standard is 500. This acquisition is set-aside 100% for small business. UNICOR, Federal Prison Industries, Inc. intends to enter into a firm-fixed price, Requirements type contract for delivery to the UNICOR facility located at FCI Ray Brook, NY 12977.

The period of performance shall be two (2) years with two (2) one-year options, if exercised, from date of award. The products are commercial items, various webbing and tape narrow fabric items for manufacturing equipment items such as tool bags, canteen covers, small ammo cases and radio carrying cases. The finished goods are for sale to the DLA Troop Support Center Philadelphia. A complete description of the items is in Section B Supplies or Services and Prices/Costs. The estimated quantities for the line items are also shown in Section B.
