Space and Naval Warfare Systems Center Pacific (SSCPAC) hereby publicizes its intention to solicit, negotiate, and award a firm fixed price contract on a noncompetitive basis with Northrop Grumman Systems Corporation, 4807 Stonecroft Blvd, Chantilly, VA, 20151, for Commercial Joint Mapping Toolkit (CJMTK) Geospatial Appliance (CGA) Rackmount 12 Model Annual Service Plan and Reinstatement Fee. SSCPAC Geospatial Intelligence Branch utilizes the CGA to support deployed forces in geospatial intelligence for mission planning and execution. It allows the distribution, analysis, and visualization of geospatial intelligence over the network, empowering warfighters with timely and relevant information to respond quickly in a crisis. Northrop Grumman is the prime contract holder for the National Geospatial Agencys (NGA) CJMTK program. The CJMTK Program website, http://www.cjmtk.com/Default.aspx, describes the process for obtaining the licenses, which are only available through the NGA CJMTK program office. Based on the aforementioned facts, only one responsible source and no other supplier or services will satisfy agency requirements in accordance with FAR 6.302-1. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals. A determination by the Government not to compete based upon responses to this notice is solely at the discretion of the Government.
