The Department of Corrections (DOC), Division of Community Corrections (DCC) requests bids for the purchase of secular, non-residential, community Sex Offender Treatment (SOT) services in multiple DCC Regions in Wisconsin. In person services or telehealth services are requested. The DOC is implementing new SOT treatment standards statewide. The scope of this Request for Bid (RFB) is to solicit pricing for SOT Services that meet the Wisconsin DOC Sex Offender Service Standards. The programs must provide sex offender treatment to male and female offenders convicted in adult court and under the supervision of the Wisconsin DOC. ****The November 19, 2018 Vendor Conference was cancelled and is now rescheduled for December 5th. See Addendum 2 for the amended RFB Sections including Section 2.3, Calendar of Events. The due date has been changed to January 7th, 2019 before 3:00 PM CST. December 20, 2018 two new bid locations were added, and estimates for three bid locations were corrected as amended in Bid Addendum 5. Submitting a curriculum synopsis for each SOT program curriculum at time of bid is an option for each of the programs, which is detailed in Bid Addendum 7. Providing this option for these required bid submittals is the reason the due date was changed from January 14, 2019 to January 23, 2019 before 3:00 PM CST in Bid Addendum 7. Bidders received an emailed notification, containing Bid Addendum 7, on January 9, 2019.
