SLAC National Accelerator Laboratory is operated by Stanford University for the Department of Energy. As a management and operating contractor, subcontracts awarded by the Laboratory are not Federal procurements, and are not directly subject to the Federal Acquisition Regulations in 48 CFR. Nonetheless, certain Federal laws, Executive Orders, and regulations may affect our DOE approved purchasing system, as required by statute, regulation, or contract terms and conditions.

4. Quantity: 1, MCS2-MOD-0003, MCS2 control system (Rack module, 3 height units) for up to three Stick-Slip positioners or grippers, Ethernet interface, including accessories for MCS2 controller: User Manual & CD with documentation and drivers (Windows DLL, LabView VI's, Linux libraries)
5. Quantity: 2, MCS2-MOD-0001, MCS2 control system (Rack module, 3 height units) for up to three positioners or grippers
6. Quantity: 3, MCS2-S-0005, MCS2 Sensor Module, D-SUB-15 connectors to connect up to three Stick-Slip positioners with nanosensors (-S), microsensors (-M) or low-cost sensors (-L), male D-SUB-15 connector to MCS2 controller (cable not included)
7. Quantity: 5, LEMO1B-FGG-14, Assembly of the cables to straight LEMO plug (FGG.1B.314.CLAX)
8. Quantity: 5, LEMO1B-SJG-14, LEMO vacuum feedthrough (14 pins, SJG.1B.314.CLASV)
9. Quantity: 3, FLANGE, Flange KF50 with holes for four feedthroughs
10. Quantity: 5, CABLE-LEMO1B-FGJ-14-3DS15-0.5M, Cable with LEMO FGJ.1B.314.CLLX and three D-SUB15 connectors for open-loop channels, 0.5m cable length
11. Quantity: 3, CABLE-DSUB15-DSUB15-10M, Adapter cable with one D-SUB-15 connector (female) and one D-SUB-15 connector (male), 10 m cable length, cable diameter approx. 7.1mm
12. Quantity: 1, CABLES-SG-VAC, Standard cable lengths:
    1. Positioner - Feedthrough: 60 cm
    2. Feedthrough - Sensor Module: 50 cm

The award will be made based upon the Lowest Price method.

Marking of Proprietary/Confidential Information. Offerors shall properly mark and identify with a restrictive legend or information markings on pages of the proposal that contain Proprietary/confidential information.

For Offeror to be eligible for a subcontract award with the University and the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE), Offeror shall be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM). Entities may register at no cost directly at the SAM website: https://www.sam.gov.

The resulting purchase order shall be performed in accordance with SLAC National Accelerator Laboratory's Terms and Conditions for Fixed Price Commercial Supplies and Services dated December 2016
