This NSN is a non-critical application item and is commercial. 

Solicitation will result in an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) for a base year plus four (4) option years, Solicited as a small business set aside.  Pricing will be evaluated on the Estimated Annual Demand (EAD), which is 2700 each.  The guaranteed minimum quantity is 675 each for the base year only.  These quantities will be the same for the base year and all four option periods.  The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.   The procurement will be issued in accordance with FAR 13.5.

Higher Level Quality System of ISO 9001, Tailored ISO 9001or equivalent is required for the manufacturer of the item.  Measuring Test and Equipment Clause 52.246-9003 applies.  Not a critical safety item per SAP review dated 10/23/2014.
