The subject requirement is for the acquisition of one NSN with FSC 1290. A long-term Indefinite Delivery Contract (IDC) with a 3-year base and two (2) option years is anticipated. The total duration base plus option years shall not exceed five (5) years. Solicitation will be under FAR subpart 13.5 - Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial Items.
