This requirement is for NSN 6605-01-196-6971, Compass, Magnetic, Unmounted which is identified by Spec NR MIL-PRF-10436N. RFP will cover requirements for Firm Fixed Price contract for a quantity of 15000 each. RFP will include an option for increased quantity. First Article Testing by Contractor is required. Government Fit Verification Testing required. Offers will be solicited with a total delivery of 347 days ARO. FOB Destination with Inspection and Acceptance at Origin. DLA Direct requirement. Solicitation will be total small business set-aside. Based upon market research, the Government is not using the procedures contained in Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items for the described supplies or services.
