This announcement constitutes the only solicitation: quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.

The solicitation number is W9132T21Q0044 and is being issued as a request for quotation (RFQ).

The U.S. Army Engineer Research and Development Center (ERDC), Construction Engineering Research Laboratory (CERL) has a requirement for a load frame that supports ASTM D2166 standard and an automated concrete compression machine that supports ASTM C39, C78, C293, C469, C496, C1019, C109, C140. Units should have built in data recording and screen for real-time data collection.
