The vendor shall provide an appropriate concert hall for multiple performances, rehearsals, and recordings by The United States Air Force Band. The requirement is for The USAF Band's annual Guest Artist and Jazz Heritage concert series and USAF Band’s Collaboration Concerts with German and Danish Military Band, encompassing the following dates in 2022 to 2023; November 16th 2022, November 17th 2022, January 18th 2023, January 19th 2023, February 1st 2023
