The 9th Contracting Squadron, Beale Air Force Base, California is seeking information about qualified sources to provide an espresso-based premium coffee bar and food operation (breakfast and lunch required) at the Beale Air Force Base Community Center located at Beale AFB, California, 95903. The contemplated contract will be a concessionaire contract where the Contractor will pay 15% of the gross revenue to NAFI. The contractor shall furnish all labor, supervision, tools, equipment, transportation, materials, and incidentals necessary to establish and operate a premium espresso-based coffee bar and sandwich-based food operation. Concessionaire operating space will be provided by Beale AFB; dimensions are approximately 44' x 64' and consist of a kitchen area, dining area with counter space for displaying products, and separate male and female restrooms for employees.
