Aviation Blvd. El Segundo, CA 90245 Subject: Request for Proposal - Concessionaire Contract All Offerors, Los Angeles AFB is soliciting for Concessionaire services, offerors are to provide a written proposal for concessionaire services for food, beverages, and novelty items in support of the Los Angeles Air Force Base and Fort MacArthur. The objective of this Request for Proposal is to award a concessionaire-type contract for a base period of two years and four two-year option periods. For consideration, a complete proposal package must be received by this office NOT LATER THAN 16 March 2011 at 3:00 P.M Pacific Daylight Savings Time. Proposals must address the items identified in the Attachments, which will become affixed to and part of the contract. Proposals that fail to address the required evaluation factors will be deemed non-responsive. Proposals may be submitted electronically to [email protected].
