Charlotte Water, a City of Charlotte department, is the largest water service utility in the Carolinas, responsible for supplying water to nearly one million customers throughout Mecklenburg County. In its day-to-day work, the Department often requires roads, sidewalks, driveways, and other pavements be freed of dirt, grime, stains, and other alike substances that collects on these surfaces by way of natural or manmade occurrences. As such, Charlotte Water is seeking a contract with one company to provide comprehensive services to clean concrete and asphalt surfaces.
