The proposal procurement is for (1) NSN, NSN 6665-01-555-6126. Anticipated contract type is an Indefinite Quantity Contract. This proposed procurement contains an option to extend the Three Year Base for two (2) one (1) Year Option Years. Options are exercised at the discretion of the Government. The total contract shall not exceed five (5) years. Items are to be shipped to various locations within the established minimum and maximum quantity limits, on an as needed basis. This procurement will be solicited as an Unrestricted Acquisition (NAICS 334519 Size Standard 500) utilizing FAR Part 15 procedures. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of the offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance as described in the solicitation. Refer to Section ""M" of the solicitation. This solicitation will open on or about June 24, 2019. Various Increments Solicited are from 134 - 3210. The contract specialist will not be able to provide copies of the solicitation. The solicitation will not be available until the issue date @ http://dibbs.dscc/dla.mil/rfp/.
The item under this acquisition may be subject to an Agreement on Government Procurement approved and implemented in the United States by the Trade Agreements Act of 1979. All offers shall be in the English language and in U.S. dollars. All interest suppliers may submit an offer. Based upon Market Research, the Government is not using the policies contained in Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, in its solicitation for the described supplies or services; however, interested persons may identify to the contracting officer their interest and capability to satisfy the Government's requirement with a commercial item within 15 days of this notice. The solicitation will be available in DLA DIBBS on or around 07/24/19.
