(vi) Description of Requirement:
The Office of Finance (OS/ASFR/FIN) has a need ConfigSnapShot Software Tool (See Attachment 1 for complete description of requirements).

(vii) Period of Performance:

The period of performance shall be from Date of Award through 12 Months

(viii) The provision at FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial Items (OCT 2015) applies to this acquisition.

(ix) The provision at FAR 52.212-2, Evaluation-Commercial Items (OCT 2014) applies to this acquisition. The Government will award a contract resulting from this synopsis/solicitation to the responsible offeror who provides the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable. (LPTA). Offerors must meet all evaluation criteria to be considered technically acceptable. The evaluation criteria are the minimum requirements described in (xii) as follows: ConfigSnapShot Software Tool.

(xii) Sole Source Justification - The Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), Program Support Center, Acquisition Management Services, on behalf of the Office of Inspector General (OIG) intends to negotiate and award a firm fixed price purchase order on a sole source basis to Rookery Software Limited. ConfigSnapShot is the most comprehensive and flexible configuration managmenet software available for the Oracle E-Business Suite.

Rookery Software Limited is an authorized exclusive seller of the ConfigSnapShot software tool; this information is included in this acquisition. Rookery Software Limited provides however performing services in the U.S. is not required.

Rookery Software Limited's ConfigSnapShot software tool is proprietary and exclusive. The functionality that is offered by the ConfigSnapShot software tool is critical in the on-going support of UFMS. ConfigSnapShot is the most comprehensive and flexible configuration management software available for the Oracle E-Business Suite. It is content rich and simple to use with various E-Business Suite modules & technical areas. Installed in just minutes with no implementation costs, server aside setup or patching required, ConfigSnapShot enables control of E-Business suite environments.
