Pursuant to FAR Subpart 13.106-1(b) (1), the U.S. Army, MEDCOM, Regional Health Contracting Office-Pacific Joint Base Lewis-McChord, Health Contracting Branch, Lacey, WA, intends to issue a sole source firm-fixed-price BPA Call under solicitation W81K0221Q0188 to Alcon Vision LLC, in the amount of $55,500.00 for procurement of proprietary Constellation & Infinity Equipment and Supplies to be used for specific patient surgical procedures, at the Department of Anesthesia & Operative Services at Madigan Army Medical Center Tacoma WA. The Surgeon and Surgical Team has made the determination that these ophthalmic supplies & implants will meet the salient characteristics of the surgical requirement to complete the patient’s surgical procedure for a positive and full recovery.

This notice is not a request for proposal and a solicitation will not be issued. Any vendor that believes it can provide the stated supplies/equipment can provide supporting documents demonstrating their products capability and specifications.
