This notice meets the requirements of FAR 5.201. The 129th RQW reserves the right not to release a solicitation. OBTAINING A SOLICITATION: Solicitation plans and specifications will be made available for viewing and/or downloading on the Federal Business Opportunities (FedBizOpps) website on or about 24 April 2012. Solicitation documents will not be issued on compact disc (CD) unless the Government determines that it is necessary. Traditional hard copies of plans and specifications will NOT be available for this project. This solicitation is being issued pursuant to full and open competition. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 236220 and the annual size standard is $33.5 million. The magnitude of construction for this project is between $10 Million and $25 Million. This is a total small business set-aside.

An single firm fixed price contract will be awarded to the responsible offeror whose proposal conforms to the solicitation and is considered most advantageous to the government, past performance and cost or price considered. The "best value concept" will be used for selecting the contractor. The solicitation will be uploaded to this site around 17 April 2012 with offers due 30 days later. Anticipated award date is in June 2012.
