The work includes, but is not limited to, construction of new landfill cell (which includes in part, cell walls, cell floors, dikes, ramps to tops of walls, excavation, backfill, fill, compaction, and grading), new chain link gate (which includes in part, installation of a new gate and removal and repair of existing fencing), and an access road from 10' outside the chain link gate to the new landfill (which includes in part, excavation, backfill, fill, compaction, and grading).

The estimated price range for this project is between $100,000.00 and $250,000.00.

The anticipated release date for the solicitation is June 16, 2010 with a bid opening date of July 16, 2010 at 2:00 pm prevailing time.

The completion time is 60 days after notice-to-proceed.

The project is restricted to small business concerns. Bids received from concerns that are not small business concerns shall not be considered.
