The City of Palm Coast is accepting qualification proposals from qualified firms capable of providing Construction Engineering and Inspection services for the Lehigh Trailhead Project. The project consists of the construction of a new trailhead at the intersection of Royal Palms Parkway and Belle Terre Parkway which will provide a connection to the existing Lehigh Trail and consists of the construction of a parking lot, signing and pavement markings, sidewalks, drainage improvements, stormwater system, water fountain, bike rack, restroom building, fencing, shade coverings, landscaping, irrigation and lighting as well as alternates for a dog park and community gardens.
