The County of Sonoma is pleased to invite you to submit bids for Playground Surfacing (ADA) for Andy's Unity Park. DESCRIPTION AND LOCATION OF THE WORK. The Work consists of construction of County’s Playground Surfacing (ADA) – Andy’s Unity Park, at 3399 Moorland Ave., Santa Rosa, California. The work includes, but is not limited to the installation of concrete flatwork and poured in place rubberized play surfacing at an existing playground with existing play equipment to remain. The project does not include the removal or replacement of play equipment, but will require the removal of a portion of the existing engineered wood fiber material, and import of base material for the concrete flatwork and rubber surfacing. PRE-BID CONFERENCE AND SITE VISIT. County will conduct a non-mandatory Pre-Bid Conference at 10:00am Tues., March 30th, at 3399 Moorland Ave. Santa Rosa, California, to generally discuss project scope, to consider such matters as Bidders may request, and to review site conditions. The Pre-Bid Conference and Site Visit will last approximately one (1) hour. BID SUBMISSION.
