Army Contract Command - Warren (ACC-WRN) is soliciting for repairs to Buildings 356, 357, 358, and 360 at SIAD, using a firm fixed price C-Type contract. This action will be an 8(a) set-aside, and competed among all capable 8(a) construction companies. Repairs to these buildings are needed over the next year.

There are many tasks that must be completed for the buildings to be fully repaired. Some of those tasks include: remove and retain termination bar, remove and retain of gutters and all downspouts, repair roof along edge of the gutters, re-install roof termination bar, remove all siding material and replace with new siding, install moisture barrier to exterior of the building, remove wood bumper system from perimeter of the buildings, remove existing windows and replace with new vinyl windows, install j-channel and trim accessories as needed around doors, Install fanfold insulation, provide and install vinyl trim accessories, apply sealant calking as needed, Install a tooled expansion joint, fill joints with exterior grade flexible joint fill product, dispose of waste, remove and replace old damaged concrete ramps, remove and replace existing sliding cargo doors, in addition to other ancillary tasks associated with each of these repairs.

The Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision necessary to complete the work within the Statements of Work (SOW). All work shall be done in a professional workman-like manner and to industrial standards.
