WILDISH BUILDING COMPANYCONSTRUCTION SERVICES FOR EWEB'S CARMEN SMITH SPAWNING CHANNEL HABITAT PROJECT Bids due 2:00 pm, February 22, 2024 INVITATION TO BID ITB # 24-021-PWWildish Building Company, CM/GC for projects at Eugene Water & Electric Board's Carmen-Smith Hydroelectric Project, requests bids for the Carmen Smith Spawning Channel Habitat Project. Bid Packages: BP #01 Clearing & Grubbing / Aggregates / Large Wood Wildish or its affiliates do not intend to bid on this particular bid package. Bidders shall meet Minimum Qualifications for Contractor and specialty Subcontractors. In summary, these Minimum Qualifications include: Contractor: Must have experience in installation of similar work as specified and/or shown within the contract documents and have completed 3 similar projects within the last ten (10) years. Bidders shall comply with all BOLI and CCB requirements, as outlined in www.oregon.gov/BOLI and http://www.oregon.gov/ccb/Pages/index.aspx. Interested Bidders shall contact the CM/GC for a link to access the bid document via "Building Connected" and complete a non-disclosure agreement. Please note that the listed bid documents can only be obtained after signing the non-disclosure agreement. Bid Submission Deadline: Bids shall be submitted to Jesse Bluhm, CM/GC Coordinator, before 2:00 PM Pacific Standard Time, on February 22, 2024 and delivered according to the bid submission instructions contained in the bid solicitation document. Bids will be opened immediately thereafter and recorded. First-tier Subcontractor Disclosure Form (Section 00430) shall be submitted, preferably in a separate envelope, by 4:00 PM PST, on bid due date. Bids and required Subcontractor Disclosure Form received after their respective deadlines will NOT be considered. No faxed bids will be accepted. A non-mandatory/voluntary pre-bid meeting will be held at 2pm, on February 12, 2024, at the EWEB Carmen Campus Office, located in Linn County, Oregon approximately 71 miles east of Eugene on the upper McKenzie river along highway 126 east. [Bidders are strongly encouraged to attend, but bids will be accepted from Bidders who do not attend.] By submission of a bid, the Bidder agrees to comply with the provisions of 279C.800 through 279C.870 relating to the latest version of State of Oregon's BOLI Prevailing Wage Rates and the filing of a $30,000 public works bond with the Oregon Construction Contractors Board. The Public Works Bond shall be obtained from a corporate surety authorized to do business in this state. A bid bond at time of bid is required. A 100% performance bond and payment bond are required for bids over $100K prior to construction. Wildish may cancel the Invitation to Bid or reject any or all bids.
