Overview : The purpose of this procurement exercise is to contract an individual consultant who will undertake the Mid-term Evaluation (MTE) of the Multi-Country Project “Accelerator Lab Network aimed to collect knowledge and aggregate learnings on the trajectory of this at-scale experiment, based on the journey of Accelerator Labs in their national contexts.
